Dr. Abedin is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist by the American & Canadian Board of Ophthalmology, and has been practicing Ophthalmology in the greater Houston community for over 30 years. Professionally trained at Harvard’s Rush Presbyterian – St Lukes Medical Center in 1978 and Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary Harvard Medical School, Dr. Abedin specializes in medical and surgical evaluation and treatment of diseases of the eyes including: Glaucoma Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular degeneration, Retinal holes, or Retina Detachment.
